Asset Integrity and Sustainability

Inspections, categorisation of risk, rehabilitation, and repair services ensure optimal integrity of our client’s assets through the use of the following specialist systems;

(IMS) Inspection & Maintenance Services

This turn-key operation reduces our client’s exposure to “loss of containment” on operational assets by enabling our teams to act quickly when a potential risk arises. During a routine maintenance service or inspection, IntelliGas offer a pipe repair service using the proprietary HDPE repair system IntelliWrap, and third-party repair systems such as STOPAQ.

(EFS) Engineering & Forensic Services

IntelliGas offer bespoke in-house services to determine root cause analysis of gathering network failure for products, pipelines, process, or components. Services include;

• Engineering,
• Pressure testing
• Welding (Carbon Steel/Stainless Steel/ HDPE)
• Non-destructive Testing (NDT)
• Accelerated Age Testing (HDPE)

An asset breakdown is a stressful event for operators with pressure to reinstate production as quickly as possible. Our mission is to take the load from our client and work as “one team” in providing multiple solutions and services to assist where we are able in maintaining production.
